 Objectives
  • To acquire a comprehensive knowledge on Palaeontology.
  • To understand how research is done and the geological and geochemical processes that happen during fossilization.To become familiar with geological and palaeontological research, so as to contribute to stratigraphy and palaeonvironment knowledge, using stratigraphic tools such as biostratigraphy and chronostratigraphy.
  • To become familiar with some of the most important and common organisms that can be found as fossils.
